Application for International Relations Committee (JKHAB)
The funding application under the International Relations Committee (JKHAB) is designated for academic and administrative staff to Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) who are travelling abroad on official duties. The eligibility criteria for official duties scope that may apply for funding under the JKHAB allocation are as follows:
Memorandum of Understanding/ Memorandum of Agreement (MoU/ MoA) initiatives
Official visits and meetings
Promotional activities
Official discussions related to research
Appointment as an external thesis examiner
Invitation as Visiting Lecturer
Invitation as a Visiting Professor
Academic visits
Strategic collaboration discussions
Participation in international exhibitions and competitions
Policy and governance development workshops
Leadership training for administrative officers

Visa Requirement for Official Duties in Indonesia
All staff and students who intend to travel to Indonesia for official duties, academic purposes or internship programs are required to obtain the appropriate visa prior to departure. Applicants are advised to identify and apply for the relevant visa category in accordance with the nature and duration of their visit.
It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that all immigration requirements are fulfilled and that supporting documents are complete before submission. Failure to secure the appropriate visa may result in delays or denial of entry by the immigration authorities.
