The funding application under the International Relations Committee (JKHAB) is designated for academic and administrative staff to Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) who are travelling abroad on official duties. The eligibility criteria for official duties scope that may apply for funding under the JKHAB allocation are as follows
All eligible staff members are advised to carefully review and ensure compliance with the stipulated eligibility criteria prior to submitting an application. Detailed requirements and guidelines are provided in the attachment below for reference.

Overseas travel involving activities under the scope of the Academic Conference and Training Committee (JKLA) or the University Talent Mobility Committee (JKMB), particularly those involving collaborative activities, will not be recommended for consideration under JKHAB.
All staff and students who intend to travel to Indonesia for official duties, academic purposes or internship programs are required to obtain the appropriate visa prior to departure. Applicants are advised to identify and apply for the relevant visa category in accordance with the nature and duration of their visit.
It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that all immigration requirements are fulfilled and that supporting documents are complete before submission. Failure to secure the appropriate visa may result in delays or denial of entry by the immigration authorities.
