Application for Funding Allocation for Student International Mobility Committee (JKMAP)
This application is open to local students who are participating in outbound mobility programs. The funding allocation has been provided by the Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) to support and facilitate students throughout their academic journey or the programs they are involved in.
This financial assistance aims to ease the burden of expenses related to participation, including travel, accommodation and other essential costs. It also reflects the university’s commitment to encouraging students to gain international exposure and valuable learning experiences. Through this initiative, students are given the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, develop new skills and broaden their perspectives in a more accessible and manageable way.
The International Student Mobility Fund may provide an advance of up to a maximum of RM10,000.00 subject to approval
Faculties, Institutes and Centre are required to refund the approved amount to the Student Mobility Fund upon completion of the programme
In the event that the programme is unable to generate income, the original amount must be fully returned to the Student Mobility Fund
If the programme fails to generate income and the refund cannot be made, the Faculty, Institute or Centre is required to submit a formal letter of explanation to the Chairperson/ Trustee of the Student Mobility Fund for further consideration.

Accompaniment and Supervisory Visits for Industrial Training (LI)
Insurance, Passport, Meals and Personal Expenses
Inbound:
Meals and Refreshments Throughout the Activity
Purchase of Chemicals and Materials for Program Implementation
